A colourful Christmas at Create

There’s no let-up in the vibrant paint, pen and pencil strokes at West Bridgford’s popular Create! art school.
Run by talented artist and former school art teacher Helen Woodford out of her tailor-made North Road studio, Create is gearing up for a bumper Christmas and New Year programme of in-studio and online classes and workshops.
“I am delighted that Create! is going from strength to strength after a turbulent few years due to the coronavirus pandemic,” says Helen. “We are bringing colour and fun to people who need cheering up during these dark winter days. Our full Christmas programme includes special festive workshops and gift ideas for people who love art or fancy getting creative.”

Among eye-catching Create! Christmas gifts are attractive class and workshop vouchers, special three-month art school membership packages, and an array of easy-to-follow and highly enjoyable art lesson video courses.

“I’m so happy to announce that my children’s art classes have restarted after a little break and are going from strength to strength,” continues Helen. “My very affordable and inclusive monthly and annual Create! art school membership numbers have doubled over the past year following a highly successful re-launch. I see a particularly strong opportunity to grow the online side of Create!, bringing art-based happiness and enriched mental health to more and more people locally and further afield.”
