In this short tutorial video I use simple oil pastels in my drawing skills to create a really simple yet effective Rudbekia Flower. Using Daler Rowney Simply Pastels or similar, you can create colour blocks, lines, textures and shading in this lovely creation. Use the colours to build up a creamy surface by overlapping similar colours and build up tones and textures. The trick is to use the Oil Pastels to create a variety of different marks and then use smudging and blending techniques to further enhance these.
