APRIL 2027 ONLINE: Watercolours: Watercolour Theory: Exploring Colour, Technique & Perspective

Time: 7.30–9.00pm

Dates: 14th, 21st, 28th April 2027

For: People who have some experience in watercolour (i.e. have completed my beginners course either in studio or online)

How: Taught on Zoom

For this course you will need: 

Watercolours, Masking Tape, Watercolour Paper, Board, Masking Fluid, Brushes, a waterproof pen

Course description: 

Develop your understanding of watercolour through practical exercises in colour, technique and perspective.

Use guided painting to strengthen the foundations behind your work and build confidence in applying these skills to your own paintings.

Build your skills and learn techniques through guided painting. (3 weeks – 4.5 hours teaching)

Tuition, resources and a video of the tutorial to rewatch.

Access to the WhatsApp group, feedback and support provided.

Access to our watercolour archive so you can dip in and out of painting tutorials you like.

Each session will focus on technique and how to approach painting from photos and examples by other artists.

I will provide resources but feel free to use your own photos and ideas.

Recording: 

Missed sessions cannot be refunded or used as credit. If you know you are going to be away, please let me know and I will create a recording of the main tutorial.

You will be able to access this from your library 24 hours after the session.
